Has anyone looked into the weather conditions around Floods Landing on the day John Clifford went missing? I know that the Ontario wilderness can be pretty unforgiving, and sudden changes in weather might have played a role in his disappearance. Given that he was an experienced outdoorsman, it's unlikely he'd have been caught off-guard by something trivial, but even the most seasoned hunters can struggle against nature’s whims. Perhaps a sudden storm or a drop in temperature could have significantly impacted his situation. If anyone has old records or reports from October 1987 regarding the climate in that area, it could add another layer to understanding this puzzling case.
