I've been doing some digging into the Donald Chorney case from '95, and I'm curious about a particular detail that hasn't been discussed much. Does anyone else see the significance of his boat being found without any personal effects? From my understanding, there was no fishing gear, life jacket, or anything else you might expect someone to have on a boat ride at a campground. It's as if the boat was just a ghostly vessel, floating aimlessly. This oddity makes me wonder whether Donald might've been planning a very short trip. Could he have intended just a quick ride, or might something have interrupted his plans unexpectedly? If someone had met him out there, or if a sudden emergency had cropped up, would it have left signs on the boat that were missed? Any thoughts on this? Curious to hear what others think about this aspect.
