I’ve been following Carlos Manuel Flores's case since it happened and can't stop thinking about the area where it took place. Has anyone else been curious about the surroundings of 39th Place? It’s troubling to think about how close this tragedy hit to home for so many. You wonder if more community awareness or safety measures could have made a difference. Anyone know if there are any community efforts or vigils in Carlos’s memory? It might help to keep the conversation alive and possibly spark some new tips.
