Just stumbled across this case while browsing and something about Harrison Brown’s disappearance really stands out to me: the area where he was last seen. It’s largely characterized by the rugged terrain and harsh weather, especially in February. Has anyone local to Mary’s Harbour shared details about the conditions at that time? It’s easy for folks not familiar with Newfoundland & Labrador's climate to underestimate just how brutal it can be out there. I'm curious if any efforts were made to thoroughly check the open water area despite the challenging weather conditions back in '91. Given Harrison was last seen near those treacherous waters, it seems like a crucial spot. Also, being on a snowmobile might have made it easier to follow tracks initially, but only if the search commenced quickly. I’m just trying to wrap my head around how such a promising young man vanished without a trace, and whether more can be done today to revisit certain aspects of the search.
