I can’t stop thinking about how brave Nasbah was during her final moments. It’s haunting to listen to those 911 calls, knowing she was trying so desperately to get help. Her ability to stay on the line as much as she did, under those terrifying circumstances, is a testament to her strength and determination to survive. I pray for peace for her family and friends who must live with the pain of her loss. Has anyone else thought about the role that her husband’s substance use might have played in clouding his judgment? It’s frightening how these substances, combined with underlying issues, can lead to such tragic outcomes. I just hope this case sheds light on the importance of addressing domestic violence and substance abuse issues before they reach such a heartbreaking point.
