Has anyone else been thinking about the role the neighborhood might have played in this tragic event? I've read that the area near Fort Lowell Road and Country Club can be pretty mixed in terms of safety. It makes me wonder if the environment might have contributed to this awful situation in some way. Maybe residents have experienced similar tensions or issues? My heart truly goes out to Javier’s father and everyone who loved him. The layers of complexity in this case are tough to wrap my head around.
