I've been thinking a lot about the memorial for Christy McAdams and the 134 candles lit in her honor. It's such a poignant reminder of the impact she had on those around her. The community seems to be rallying together to show support and keep her memory alive, which is really touching. It's always so difficult to lose someone in such a senseless way, and seeing how many people care about remembering her says a lot about who she was. I wonder if the city or any local organizations are planning to do more to address gun violence in the area. It would be a meaningful way to create some positive change out of such a tragic event.
