Has anyone else been fixated on the detail about Faith's double row of bottom teeth? It might seem like a minor thing, but I can't help but wonder if it could be significant in identifying her. If she's still out there somewhere, and not using her real identity, this unique feature could be crucial in spotting her. People might change their hair color or style, but a congenital trait like that isn't easy to hide. I'm hoping the police are considering this in their efforts to locate her. It makes me think about how important little details can be in missing persons cases. What do you all think? Are there any similar cases where such characteristics played a big role?
