Seeing the update about Shaniyah being found really got me thinking about how crucial digital trails are becoming in these cases. Initially, it seemed like she vanished without any trace, but the discovery of those online advertisements turned the entire situation around. It’s wild how those ads were the key to finding her. Goes to show how important it is for law enforcement to have resources in place for monitoring and analyzing online activities. I can’t help but wonder if similar cases without these digital breadcrumbs often go unresolved. Just glad she's safe now, although I can’t imagine the long road to recovery she’s facing.
