I've been keeping a close eye on the Ethan Marquez case, and something that keeps popping into my mind is the role of teenagers in assisting with finding their peers. It seems like young people often have access to social networks that us adults might not even think about. I wonder if any of Ethan's friends or classmates have come forward with insights or even the smallest bits of information that could help guide the search efforts. It seems common in cases like these for young people to know more than they initially realize or feel comfortable sharing. I'm really hoping they feel safe enough to speak up. If any of you out there have insights on how to encourage kids and teens to share what they know, I'm all ears. Every bit counts!
