Has anyone been following the case of Li'Ayla Reynold? It's such a perplexing situation. I was thinking about how tricky it must be for the investigators to follow up on leads, especially considering the possibility that she may have been taken out of state. Alaska's vastness can't be helping their efforts, I imagine. I wonder if there's a specific protocol for coordinating with authorities in other states when a child goes missing under these circumstances. The idea of coordinating between jurisdictions must be daunting, especially with so little information. Does anyone have any insights into how law enforcement handles cases like this where the geographical area is so expansive? Also, I haven't seen much discussion about what measures are typically put in place to track potential interstate travel when someone is taken by a non-custodial parent. Are there signs to look for, such as travel bookings or other records, that might leave a trail? Any thoughts or expertise would be appreciated.
