I’ve been following William Monroe Burkhalter Jr.’s case closely, and one aspect that strikes me as really odd is the planned trip to Guam. I mean, Alaska to Guam isn’t exactly a common route, especially for a man of his age and with seemingly no direct connections there, from what we know. It makes me wonder, what was drawing him to such a distant location? Did he have friends or family on the island, or was there some business he was attending to? The lack of concrete travel arrangements like a confirmed flight or hotel booking is baffling. I would think by now someone would have seen him at the airport if he planned to fly out. Is it possible he never intended to go to Guam at all, or could it have been a red herring? This just adds another layer of mystery to an already puzzling disappearance.
