Has anyone else read about the weather conditions on the day Joseph "Chips" Correia III went missing? I've been thinking about how challenging the seas can get around Oahu, especially with the winds we often see out there. I'm curious if someone with Chips's experience might have still been caught off guard by a sudden change in the weather. Could rough seas or an unexpected storm have played a role in this tragic situation? It seems he was doing something so noble, trying to fish for a family event.
