Has anyone looked into any nearby surveillance footage to see if James was captured on video leaving the residence? It seems odd that he would leave without his belongings, especially since he was supposed to be waiting for a family member. Maybe there's a clue in the footage that could shed some light on his direction of travel or if he was with anyone at the time. It could provide a critical lead to figuring out what happened to him. Also, have the neighbors been questioned thoroughly? Sometimes they notice things that might seem insignificant but can be really helpful to the investigation. Keeping my fingers crossed that some answers come soon!
