Hey everyone, I've been closely following the case of Michael Wayne Garefalos from Conroe, Texas, and am puzzled by his choice to leave on foot from the healthcare facility. I mean, isn't it odd that there's no CCTV footage from that day? Most hospitals have cameras everywhere. It's like he vanished into thin air right after stepping out, and that just doesn't sit right with me. Could it be that he planned to disappear, or maybe there's more to the story about his visit to the hospital? If anyone has info or thoughts about this or hospital protocols in general, please share. Keeping his family in my thoughts as they search for answers.
