Hey everyone, I went to school with Nance, and I just can't wrap my head around this whole situation. Her going missing has really shaken everyone who knows her. I remember her as this super smart girl who had a real knack for biology. She always aced her tests and had plans to go into some kind of research after college. There have been rumors flying around about what might have happened, but I haven't seen anything concrete. Sometimes she would mention wanting to get out of Lakeland for a bit, but I never thought she'd actually leave without telling anyone. There was this empty lot just a few blocks from her home where we used to hang out after school sometimes. I wonder if anyone's checked there or talked to the people who live nearby. It could be nothing, but maybe someone saw something? If you're from the area and can check it out or know someone who can, it might be worth a shot. Hopefully, she'll be back soon.
