Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Billy David Fox, and something that's been nagging at me is his connection to Placer County. All his previous addresses were there, but he ended up in Fair Oaks. Could it be that he had some unfinished business or a connection in Placer? Maybe an old friend or place he used to frequent? It's strange because it's not that far from where he lived in Sacramento County, but it feels significant given that he just stopped communicating with his family so suddenly. Does anyone here know if there are any places in Placer County known for being under the radar? Something that might not strike authorities as important but could be significant for someone who wanted to go off the grid? Just spitballing ideas here, but curious if the community has any insights or theories. It's such a strange case, and it's been way too long without answers. Hoping for the best for his family.
