I was going through some older cases and stumbled upon Ryan Culver's disappearance in Franklin, PA, back in 2026. What's got me thinking is why it took until July 9th for his case to be entered into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System. That’s almost five months! Why the delay?
In cases I've followed, entries are usually made quickly, especially when someone is classified as "missing endangered." Could this mean there were complications early on in the investigation or maybe jurisdictional issues? I’m curious if anyone else has seen cases like this where there’s a significant lag between disappearance report and database entry. Could it affect the investigation’s momentum or public awareness? Let’s get some theories rolling because it might help understand broader issues in these investigations. Any thoughts?
