Hey folks, just wanted to discuss something that stuck with me about Kurt Lee Jensen’s case in Anchorage. It’s been mentioned that Kurt was wearing a black Columbia jacket and gray T-shirt when he was last seen. I know it sounds basic, but in Alaska, that jacket could say a lot. Columbia gear is pretty solid for cold weather, but early May can be unpredictable in terms of temperature fluctuations up there. I wonder if he was planning to be outside for a while or if that’s just his go-to jacket.
Also, I noticed they didn’t specify if there was any surveillance footage or if anyone around that time at 4:00 a.m. was questioned for details. Anchorage has a decent number of outdoor cameras around businesses and intersections. If he walked by one of those, there might be some clue, albeit a small one, that could shed light on what happened right before his disappearance. It's a shot in the dark given the timing, but still worth considering.
Lastly, Kurt was found, which is a relief to hear, but the lack of details is so puzzling. Anyone have thoughts on why such minimal information was made public after he was located?
