Has anyone here been following the case of Gemes Heaven Leigha from Waynesville, Missouri? I came across a discussion about it and was curious about something I saw mentioned: the use of K-9 teams in the search efforts. Does anyone know how effective these teams typically are in similar cases, especially when someone has been missing for days? I understand that they're an important tool for law enforcement, but I'm wondering if their success rate diminishes over time—particularly in a rural setting like where Gemes went missing. Any insights from those experienced in search and rescue or familiar with similar investigations would be really valuable. It’s always so tough to hear about these situations, and hopefully, they're doing everything possible to find her.
