I recently came across Aryyah Abraham's case, and something that has me puzzled is why the Little Rock PD is leading the investigation when Aryyah was last seen in Clarkston, Georgia. Does anyone have insights or thoughts on how jurisdiction gets determined in cases like these? Is there a specific reason an agency in Arkansas would get involved over local authorities in Georgia? I’m wondering if there's more to the story that just isn't public yet... Maybe there's a connection we're not seeing? It feels like an unusual move. Any legal eagles or law enforcement folks who could shed some light here? This little one's safety is, of course, the most important factor.
