Hey everyone, I stumbled upon a peculiar detail in Ka Fai Wong's case that maybe someone here can help decipher. Does anyone remember if Ka Fai Wong had any connections to the San Francisco Bay Area? I recently read that he occasionally used the alias Ja Hwei Wong, and I’ve been trying to dig through any background info connecting him or his alias to other regions in California.
