Has anyone looked into whether David had any connections outside of Gainesville? I’m curious because sometimes people go missing and it turns out they had ties elsewhere that no one knew about. Maybe he had a friend or acquaintance in another city or state who could shed some light on where he might have gone. It seems like the police might not have ruled that out, but without more public detail, it’s hard to say. I wonder if anyone in the community saw him around town with someone unfamiliar or heard anything about him planning to visit someone. Any connections not tied directly to Gainesville could be a lead worth exploring.
