Wow! I have known Cindi, through various FB groups, as well as her mom and aunt. I checked all three of their FB pages and none of them have been active in a while. I know that Cindi has medical issues as does her mom, who is elderly and they were "taking care of each other". I checked all three FB profiles and none have been active in a while. I tried messaging her yesterday and got a message that she could not receive any messages until she checked back in. I tried calling her phone and it immediately disconnected so I guess it's no longer active. I found this site with her listed missing by Googling her. I'm going to reach out to friends we share and see what they know.
Does anyone else find it odd that there's no information about what type of vehicle Cindi Zona was driving? It seems like such a crucial piece of info, especially in a missing person case! I'm sure the authorities have their reasons, but sharing the vehicle model and plate number with the public could really help in generating leads. Vehicles can disappear too, but they have a habit of showing up somewhere eventually. If anyone local in Polk City has seen an unfamiliar vehicle parked or abandoned since June 6, it might be worth giving that a second look. I just hope more details come to light soon, for Cindi’s family’s peace of mind. Anyone else have thoughts on this?
