Has anyone around the NE 167th area noticed anything out of the ordinary on the morning of June 7th? I keep thinking about the timeframe Fredly was last seen - 9:48 AM is such a specific timestamp. Was there some kind of surveillance camera that captured this, or was it a witness account? It seems odd that there’s no further info on his movements after that. If the timestamp is from a camera, maybe there's a chance it caught more around the vicinity? Just thinking, if anyone in that area has additional footages or sees anything off during that time, it could be crucial to piecing together what might’ve happened.
