I've been following Matthew's case closely, and I can't shake the feeling that there's more to the story than just a simple argument. Kids his age can be impulsive, true, but to leave everything behind like that, especially during the holidays, seems extreme. Does anyone know if Matthew had been reaching out for support from friends or online communities before he left? Sometimes, teens might vent online or seek advice from peers when they're feeling misunderstood. If any of his friends happen to see this, any tiny detail about his state of mind could be crucial to understanding where he might be or why he left. My heart goes out to his family. If you're out there, Matthew, please reach out. There's a whole community worried about you.
