Hey everyone, I’ve been following Harley's case and I just had a thought about the possibility of him being in that 13th and Laurel area again. It's been noted he used to hang out around there. We all know teens tend to go where they feel comfortable or have connections, right? I've seen it mentioned that he might stay with friends. Maybe he’s in that area because that’s where he feels safest? I hope someone can keep an eye out around there. It might be nothing, but you never know. Let's continue to keep him in our thoughts and keep searching for clues. Stay safe, everyone.
