Hey everyone, I’ve been looking into Reggie Winters' case lately and came across something that really got me thinking. Does anyone else find it odd how quiet it’s been over the years about potential witnesses coming forward? It’s an intersection, you’d think someone might have seen or heard something. Given how close it was to residential areas and being late at night, I’m wondering if people might have been too scared to speak up at the time due to the high crime rates in DC back then. Fear of retaliation? It’s really sad to think that fear could still be holding back crucial information. I truly hope someone finds the courage to come forward. Reggie's family deserves answers and closure after all these years. Sending strength and thoughts to them.
