Hey everyone, I’ve been following the discussion about Derick Lemont Allen since it started, and I have a question that's been bothering me. Does anyone here know if there were any public efforts, like community search parties or local fundraisers, organized to assist in the search? Given that he was missing for such a short time before the tragic news, I'm curious whether the community managed to mobilize any efforts or if the quick resolution of the case meant those never really got off the ground. Sometimes these efforts continue to honor the person, but I haven't come across any mention of them in Derick's case. It would be nice to hear how the local community responded during those anxious days. Any insights?
