Hey everyone, I've been keeping a close eye on the case of Jorge Montañez Torres, and I found it really amazing how the community has come together for the search efforts. Something that caught my attention is the role of the Silver Alert. I wasn't too familiar with it before, but it's really fascinating to see how rapidly it mobilizes resources and people to help locate missing individuals with cognitive impairments. Given Jorge’s condition, the early notification seems crucial. Does anyone here know how effective these alerts have been in other cases, particularly in Puerto Rico? I'm curious if there's been any study or data about their success rates or any potential improvements in the system. Let's hope Jorge is found safe and sound soon.
