Has anyone else been thinking about the role mental health might have played in this tragic incident involving the Keckler family? It’s just so incredibly sad that things escalated to this level. I read that Zacchary mentioned during his confession that he suffers from mental issues and is on medication. It makes me wonder if there were missed signs or moments where mental health support could've made a difference. I truly feel for the friends and family who have lost Tammi and William in such a devastating way. It’s a painful reminder of the importance of mental health awareness and intervention before things get to a breaking point. I'm hoping the community can rally together to support those affected and perhaps advocate for better mental health resources. Sending strength and love to everyone impacted by this tragedy.
