Has anyone else noticed the delay in reporting Vicki's disappearance? It took a whole month before she was officially reported missing. I find it odd that someone can be out of touch for that long without any red flags going up. Was it common for her to go off the radar, or is there something else going on here? Plus, with her being missed from tribal land, does this mean there are jurisdiction issues slowing things down? I hope the TPD is coordinating with the tribal authorities efficiently. Asking because I worry about jurisdictional conflicts in such sensitive cases.
