Has anyone looked into whether there were any events or construction projects happening around the Ohio River or West Liberty Street area on March 19th? Sometimes large gatherings or road closures can affect surveillance camera angles or limit the number of people who might have noticed something unusual. Maybe local businesses or public venues in the vicinity had security footage or saw something significant. With Carlos last being seen downtown, there might be more eyes on the situation than we realize. If we can pinpoint any happenings during that time, it might open up new leads or refresh someone's memory. Keeping fingers crossed for any new tips!
