Hi folks, I’ve been following Gil Michael McDonald’s case closely and something has been on my mind regarding his car getting stuck in the sand at Point Lookout. I read that his fiancée, Shelli, had already called a tow truck to help out, but by the time it arrived, Gil wasn’t there anymore. It makes me wonder - if Gil went missing before the tow truck got there, was he trying to walk back to a more familiar area or looking for help? He might have thought he could find a nearby place to call from, or maybe he was just trying to get away from the frustration of being stuck, especially if he was feeling disoriented at the time. Another thing is, Point Lookout can be pretty isolated, and without his medication, being in that area could have made his confusion worse. Just hoping the searches don’t overlook any small paths or areas he might have wandered into. Has anyone heard any updates about recent searches, or if they’ve focused more on any new areas since the initial days?
