I can’t stop thinking about how tragic it is that Norma Voges was just trying to help a friend retrieve her belongings when everything went wrong. It's so unfathomable to me that a routine act of kindness could spiral into an event of such devastating violence. From what I’ve read, Norma was deeply loved and respected in her community. It's hard not to reflect on how these senseless acts impact the entire fabric of a town like Lincoln. Those who knew her are carrying the weight of this loss every day, and even those of us who didn't are feeling the ripple effects.
