I find it so odd that Jeffrey Kenndey's cell phone is turned off and wasn't with him when he disappeared. In most missing persons cases I've followed, a phone can provide so many clues. The fact that his is off makes it feel like he didn't plan to be gone for a long time, or if he did, maybe he wanted to be off the grid? It's distressing that there's no digital trail to follow. Could it be that someone else turned it off? It's such a critical piece of the puzzle, and yet it seems to be leading nowhere. With no new leads from friends or family, it feels like we're looking at a complete dead end. Anyone have ideas on why he might leave his phone behind like that?
