Hey everyone, I've been diving into the timeline of events surrounding Ray Burton's tragic passing and something caught my attention regarding Ray's last day. It's so important to consider every detail in cases like these. On February 21, 2019, Ray was the second person to be shot in Holdrege just hours apart - that proximity in time and location is really unsettling. What's been swirling in my mind is whether there were any potential warning signs earlier that day. Did Ray interact with anyone who seemed off or out-of-place? I'm trying to better understand what Ray's typical day looked like versus that final day. Anyone he might have spoken to or places he frequented could potentially shed some light on this. It must be incredibly difficult for Traci, Leon, Wanda and the whole family to process this loss amidst so many unanswered questions. Ray deserved peace, and so do those who loved him. It's just heartbreaking that the Holdrege community had to endure such fear on that day. I hope through continued conversation and investigation, we find more clarity.

I can't stop thinking about the impact this tragedy must have had on Ray Burton's family, especially his daughter, Traci. Losing a parent is never easy, but under such circumstances, it's unimaginable. I’ve read that Ray had a real love for collecting model cars. I wonder if any of these are now cherished pieces of memory for his family. It's these simple hobbies that make us feel connected to our loved ones even after they're gone. I hope Traci and the rest of Ray's family find comfort in the memories of a man who seemed to live a life full of interests and connections. It's apparent the community valued Ray, and I sincerely hope they find justice and closure. Anyone heard anything more about the memorial contributions? I'd love to support if there's an update.
