I just can't stop thinking about little Haleigh in all of this. Losing a parent in such a violent and senseless way is unimaginable. It’s admirable to see her wanting to channel this trauma into something positive by aiming for a career in criminal justice. But honestly, how do you even begin to reconcile with such a loss at such a young age? I hope the community rallies around her to provide the support she needs. It's so important that she knows she's not alone in this, especially as she grows up and processes all these emotions. This young girl has a long road ahead, and it just breaks me to think what she has been through. Anyone know if there are any updates on how she's doing lately, or how the memorial fund is coming along?
