Has anyone looked into any possible sightings of Fred Williams Jr. around local clinics or hospitals in the weeks following his disappearance? Given his medical condition, it seems plausible he might have sought help. I remember reading about a similar case where the person was found in a nearby facility weeks later. With the Silver Alert issued, I'd hope these places were checked early on, but it might be worth revisiting if they haven't been already. Anyone have any other ideas on places he could be that might not have been obvious right away?
