I came across some pretty chilling details regarding the 911 call made that morning. It's a deeply distressing thought that neighbors might have heard the disturbance. I imagine it would be incredibly traumatic for anyone nearby to hear or witness something like that unfold. Cases like these always make me wonder if there could have been any warning signs with Richard Cole. It's just so sad to think about the moments leading up to such a horrific event. My heart goes out to Kirsten's family and friends, who are undoubtedly going through unimaginable pain. Has there been any more info shared about prior incidents involving Cole? It seems like understanding the past might help in making sense of such a senseless act.
Such a tragedy in the Bennington community. I’ve been thinking a lot about the aftermath of this terrible event and the impact it must have had on Kirsten Tabor’s neighbors. They must have been so shocked and frightened to learn that something so violent could unfold right next door. I can’t imagine what it must be like to live in that area now, knowing what happened at that house on N. 4th St.
I’ve read that when something like this happens, people often question their own sense of safety in their neighborhood. How do you regain that peace of mind? My heart goes out to the neighbors who are undoubtedly grieving alongside Kirsten’s friends and family. I hope the tight-knit community of Bennington can come together to support each other in this difficult time.
