Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to piece together some information about Raquan Taylor’s case and came across something interesting. I've seen a couple of posts discussing the importance of community involvement, but has anyone considered how local events on April 12th in Richmond City might have affected his last known whereabouts? Sometimes kids might wander off if they’re curious or if there’s something happening nearby. Any local to Richmond who remembers if there was anything significant happening that day, like a festival or event? Even if it’s something small, it might be helpful. Keeping fingers crossed that Raquan is found safe.
