I've been closely following Katherin Nahomy Ortiz Lopez's case from Nelson County, and what's been sticking with me is the unsettling silence around her disappearance. It's mentioned that she was in red pajamas with a brown sweatshirt when she vanished. That's such casual attire for being out — makes me wonder if she stepped out with no intention of being gone long. The yellow portion in her hair is pretty distinctive, though, and could make her easier to recognize. I can't shake the feeling that there's more to this situation. Has anyone else noticed how little information we have about what happened leading up to her disappearance? It's really puzzling and makes it harder to theorize about possible situations she might be in. Any thoughts? Let's keep hoping for some new information soon.
