In the ongoing search for Phokham Khamnivong, has anyone seen or heard anything about a necklace made out of towels or blankets? It's such a unique fashion choice, and I wonder if it might stand out to someone who might have seen him recently. You’d think this kind of accessory would catch someone’s attention, especially in public places or shelters. If anyone has noticed someone fitting this description, it might be worth mentioning it to the authorities. Every small detail could help bring him back safely. Just hoping he’s somewhere safe right now.
