Has anyone looked into the possibility of a misidentification happening with Andreas Kupke's flight to Newark? I’ve been thinking about how sometimes people end up on no-passenger-lists or get mixed up due to similar-sounding names. It’s 1999 so record-keeping might not have been as precise as today. Maybe he landed, but under a different name or ID, if that’s even possible? Has anyone seen any case studies or documentaries showing similar situations around that time? Wondering if it’s worth digging deeper into airline protocols back then to see if there might be any leads. Would love to hear others' thoughts on this angle!
