Saw a post earlier about James Tully, and something's been bugging me. Why was the case reported to the Summit Police Department in Jersey when he was last seen in NYC? Seems odd, right? Could it be that he has stronger connections there or family? Sometimes it's little details like this that offer clues, or maybe it’s just where his family is based so they filed there? Just curious what others think. Maybe there's more to his ties in New Jersey than we know? Also, if anyone’s seen the driver’s license pic, does he look different now compared to May? I’d love to hear theories or any info from locals in Summit. Stay safe, everyone.
