Has anyone looked into the background of the motel where Carlos Battle was found? Some motels in downtown Fairbanks have a history of crime or sketchy happenings, which makes me wonder if this place has had other incidents before. It's haunting to think about what might have led to Carlos being there that day. Sometimes these details can provide more context or even leads. My heart goes out to his family and friends—no one should ever have to go through something as wrenching as losing a loved one in such a way. If anyone has more info on the motel's history, it might be worth discussing.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking a lot about the security at the motel where Carlos Battle was found. Has anyone else looked into this? It seems like the kind of place where there should have been surveillance cameras, especially in the stairwell. It's puzzling to me that there isn't more information about what security measures were in place or if any footage was captured.
My heart goes out to Carlos's family and friends who are dealing with this immense loss and uncertainty. For those who knew him, it's got to be incredibly tough knowing that there might have been a chance to catch whoever did this earlier if there were functional security systems in place. If anyone knows more about the security situation at that site, I’d love to hear it. Keeping Carlos and his loved ones in my thoughts.
Stay safe, everyone.
