Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the impact these horrific events have on the communities involved, especially in small towns like Marshfield. It's so important to remember Katie and Aaron beyond the terrible way they lost their lives. Katie was someone who clearly had so much to offer, not only to her children but also to the community she was a part of. She was pursuing a degree, wanting to become a teacher, which speaks to her passion for helping others and making a difference. I imagine that Marshfield must have been rocked to its core by such a senseless act. The fact that this happened in front of her three children is just unimaginable. It makes me wonder about the support systems in place for these kids and the community as a whole. How does a town come together to heal from something like this? If anyone has any insights or experiences from similar situations, I'd love to hear how communities have found ways to support the families affected and keep the memories of those lost, like Katie and Aaron, alive. Sending love to all still impacted by this tragedy. ?️

Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about how the children who were present during this horrific event have been coping. It's so unimaginable to think about what they went through. Little Autumn was injured and must have been so terrified during the attack. I can't help but wonder what kind of support they've received since then and how they are doing today. Losing a parent so tragically would be so devastating, and I hope they've had a strong support system to help them through such a difficult time. It’s crucial for them to have the right resources to heal, both physically and emotionally. If anyone has more information on how the community has rallied around them or any initiatives that were put in place to support them, I’d love to hear about it. Sending all my thoughts to Katie and Aaron's families during what I’m sure is still an incredibly tough period.
