Has anyone noticed the lack of CCTV footage mentioned in Epimenio Leal's case? It seems strange that in this day and age, with cameras literally everywhere, there aren't any reports of video evidence at all. I know that sometimes private businesses or residences might not make their footage available immediately, but wouldn't this usually make it into the news or police updates by now? I wonder if it suggests he might have disappeared somewhere without many cameras around, which could mean a rural area or less-populated path? Just a thought. It's definitely worth thinking about how this could play into the timeline of his last sighting and what that might mean for current search efforts. Any insights?
