I've been following the case of Bryan Reyes and the other boys, and what's really got me puzzled is why Emmanuel Berg went missing twice. Could it be that the group home environment isn’t providing the support these teens need? It seems like law enforcement and the residential schools need to work closely to figure out what’s leading to these repeated disappearances. Also, what about implementing some kind of tracking system for at-risk teens to ensure they’re safe? It’s frustrating that this seems to be part of a larger trend, and I can't help but wonder if there are systemic issues at play. Anyone else have thoughts on why Emmanuel would disappear again after being found so recently?
