I’ve been following Harmonee Land's case, and it's so confusing with the conflicting reports about where she was last seen. I came across some discussions suggesting that when details like the last seen location are unclear, it's often because authorities are working with very limited or inconsistent tips. Given the differing reports between Norfolk and Richmond, it could mean that witnesses or people who knew her last movements are providing mixed information. Does anyone have experience with how cases with such discrepancies are usually handled or resolved? It must be challenging for the police to sift through and verify all this info.
